SLS 3D printing with PA12+flame retardant (PA2210FR)

The PA2210FR laser sintering material from EOS GmbH is a white PA12 that has been mixed with a halogen-free flame retardant. SLS 3D printed components made from this PA12FR comply with fire protection class UL94 / V-0 from a wall thickness of 3 mm and have Blue Card certification. In addition, laser-sintered components made from this material comply with aviation directive FAR 25.853 and are therefore ideally suited for use in aircraft. Thanks to the excellent fire behavior of PA2210FR, 3D-printed components made from this material are also used in the electrical engineering and electronics industries.
